I’m a Northern Irish Wedding and family photographer most passionate about capturing moments here on the Emerald Isle of Ireland. I cover weddings all over Northern Ireland but Don’t be afraid to ask me if you’re planning a destination wedding or a wedding at the very bottom of Ireland because I travel there too.

I offer three main packages that include a lovely range of bespoke items such as, prints and albums. I also have a new micro wedding package for coverage up to four hours. Use the contact form to get in touch for prices.

I can accept cash, card bank transfer or PayPal

Generally for weddings we split the cost of your invesment into two parts, 50% upon booking & 50% 30 days before the date. I you need to though we can discuss other payment options.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time to another package before your wedding day. Just give me some notice.

Yes and they are beautiful – a must have heirloom piece to cherish. You can order an album directly from your gallery after your wedding or choose a package that includes an album. You will choose a selection of images and I will design the album layout. You’ll be able to check the layout and make a minor edit of your own if you want to. Parent size albums are available too.

As long as you want. Typically coverage begins in the morning at the bride’s house and you choose the rest depending on your plans. I find that a full day of coverage allows me to capture your day best, from start to finish. Couples also tend to book day after sessions, for that elopement look imagery, sunrise/sunset at an epic location, there are so many amazing options, make the most of your wedding dress and venture to a great location!

Heaven forbids this happens, as it would only happen if it were out of my control (act of god, illness, death, etc) but in this case I would find a replacement photographer (one of my two trusted colleagues) to take my place that I trust. For Covid/Isolation I will arrange my colleague to stand in for the day. I will still process and cull the wedding photos and deliver them/be in contact with you. I’ll still be your photographer.

I normally shoot anywhere in Northern Ireland and Ireland, but particularly the Causeway Coastal route. There are a wide range of locations all within 5 minutes driving between each of them, meaning that there is so much scope, endless photo opportunities, and a chance to explore the Irish coastline with someone who knows it so well. Plenty of my couples do make a little trip out of getting photos done. The Causeway Coast has tons of incredible places, castle ruins, beach landscapes, famous stones & trees, mountains, and secret bays that I know like the back of my hand since I grew up here! If you want ideas for places in Ireland to visit and explore let me know!

The best time to photograph your shoot is always going to be in the couple of hours before or after sunset or sunrise. This is when the light is low in the sky and provides the most flattering light with the nicest colour. Don’t worry though if you can’t book for that time as we can capture those precious memories in any weather at any time of day and make the best of the location.

Your portrait session will take place in a location of you’re choosing, I always encourage you to pick somewhere that you are used to visiting or that has a special meaning or memories, I find this helps to relax you and we will get the best possible images.

My travel fees are included in all of my packages for NI, Co. Donegal, and Dublin weddings, so you don’t have to worry about any extra, unexpected costs/tolls! Usually I shoot at locations within 2 hours driving one way. If it’s out of my usual range/country, I’ll price flights/long (5 hour) driving journeys, and forward the details/skype with you, so we can discuss potential options.

I require a retainer to secure your spot on my calendar, and the remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days in advance for weddings & family portrait shoots. You can split these payments (up to 3 payments) if you’d like. I’m happy to work with your schedule!

Since I take on such a limited amount of jobs per year, I have a faster turnaround time than most photographers! The turnaround depends on how much I shoot, how busy I am, my travel schedule, and the holidays. Typically, for sessions it takes 3 weeks or less and weddings take 5 weeks or less. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while making sure I give time to each and every image needs. If you don’t want to wait, I offer a ‘rush’ edit service too, get your images within days.

I don’t alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, etc unless you’d like me to keep it the photos). If you’re self conscious about something, please let me know as I’ll be sure to be extra aware of that while I’m posing you. My editing style includes a light air brushing.

For weddings, I always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way, as it’s beautiful and unique in photos. For couples/family sessions, if it is harsh enough that it would make for a crappy time at our shoot and I can reschedule, then we will set a new date! I usually message you a few days before your shoot with weather updates and to check in.

You can order your prints & wall art via your private online gallery or by sending me an email with your selection or by pressing a heart icons which are located next to each photograph in your online gallery.
