There's a moment at every family shoot — usually somewhere between the laughter and the quiet — where I remember exactly why I picked up a camera in the first place.

That moment happened again recently, when a family reached out to me with just a few days' notice. They were visiting Northern Ireland to celebrate their parents' wedding anniversary — a special milestone, a trip across the water, and a hope that they could capture it all in photographs. Could I fit them in?

The answer, as always, was yes.
